Pledge Card



This pledge card represents a promise between you and God. No one but God will see it. Please read the following instructions before filling it out:

1.     Your pledge is made before God and therefore should be the result of prayer, thanksgiving, and assurance. Prior to filling out the card, please devote yourself to a season of prayer as you seek God’s direction in what you should give.

2.     Download the Card using the "Download" button below and then print the card.

3.     Fill out each part.

4.     Place Part B in an unmarked envelope and seal it. Bring it to church with you on the designated Sunday. We will offer these to God in a service of dedication. No one will see your pledge. It is between you and God.

5.     Place Part A in the offering plate on the same Sunday. Therefore, remember to bring it to church on the designated Sunday as well. Please do not sign this portion of the card.
